The Benefits of Core Stability Exercises

The reason why I’m writing this article today is to show you the importance building core strength . We should all be doing our bodyweight exercises a number of times per week. I can’t believe how few people actually do this and want to improve this number.

You need to make a change right away if you currently aren’t doing core stability exercises . It is vital that you do or you risk having problems when you are older. For a little effort now you can save yourself a lot of pain in the years to come.

You can have lots of problems with having a weak core but a problem most associated with it is back problems .

Who doesn’t know someone who has a bad back?

That is right, lots of people do. A lack of core stability exercises means a weak core and therefore potential for back problems. It is truly hard to shift off a having a weak core so make sure that maintain having a strong back .

Back problems aren’t the only body injuries that you can suffer from. If your core is weak then it won’t be carrying your weight very well. This will put pressure on other parts of your body including the neck and knees. It is not uncommon for problems with the neck and knees to be associated with a weak core .

You have the option of preventing this from happening at this point . While it is true that you can never rule out the possibility of suffering from these types of injuries, if you persist with your core stability exercises you will reduce the risk. They will only take you between 5 to 15 minutes per day and you can either add them to your normal workout routine or you can do them in your house.

It won’t take you long to really get into you core stability exercises and bodyweight exercises. Once you have been going them for a while you can make the workouts a little more fun. Try introducing a stability exercise ball and see how you get on with it.
